Method

In una ciotola, unisci 15g di olio di oliva con 20g di burro di cocco e mescola fino a ottenere una crema. Aggiungi sale e pepe.

Incorpora gradualmente 30g di farina di ceci e 10g di farina d'avena, mescolando bene.

Aggiungi 50ml di brodo vegetale poco alla volta, fino a ottenere un impasto liscio e consistente.

Frulla insieme 1 tomatillo, 1/2 peperoncino verde, 1 spicchio d'aglio, sale, pepe e origano fino a ottenere una salsa omogenea.

In una padella, scalda un filo d'olio e aggiungi la salsa, cuocendo per circa 3 minuti. Unisci 80g di pollo sfilacciato e cuoci per altri 5 minuti a fuoco basso.

Stendi l'impasto di ceci su una foglia di banana, aggiungi 2 cucchiai di ripieno al centro, piega i lati e sigilla.

Cuoci a vapore per 25 minuti fino a quando l'impasto si stacca facilmente dalla foglia.
