Inizia cuocendo le lenticchie rosse in abbondante acqua bollente per circa 15 minuti, finché non risultano tenere. Scolale e lasciale raffreddare leggermente.

In una ciotola capiente, unisci le lenticchie cotte e lo yogurt greco. Aggiungi curcuma, pepe nero e sale, mescolando bene fino a ottenere un composto liscio.

Versa il composto in un contenitore rettangolare rivestito di pellicola trasparente, livellando la superficie. Copri e riponi in frigorifero per almeno 30 minuti per far indurire il tofu.

Una volta rappreso, estrai il tofu dal contenitore e taglialo a cubetti. Spennellali delicatamente con olio d'oliva.

Cuoci i cubetti in una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio per circa 10-12 minuti, girandoli frequentemente, fino a quando non sono dorati e croccanti.
