Method

Grattugiare finemente il cavolfiore per ottenere una consistenza simile al couscous. Cuocere a vapore per circa 8 minuti.

In una padella antiaderente, rosolare la salsiccia di pollo tagliata a pezzi per 6-8 minuti, fino a doratura, poi rimuovere e tenere da parte.

Nella stessa padella, aggiungere la cipolla e il sedano, cuocere per 2-3 minuti finché non diventano traslucidi, quindi aggiungere il curry in polvere.

Versare il brodo vegetale e portare a ebollizione.

Aggiungere i cubetti di carota e zucchina, cuocere per 10 minuti a fuoco medio, quindi unire i ceci.

Nel frattempo, ammorbidire l'uvetta in acqua calda per 5 minuti.

Servire il cavolfiore come base nel piatto, adagiare sopra la salsiccia, versare le verdure e il brodo, completare con l'uvetta e il cerfoglio fresco.
