In una pentola capiente, scalda l'olio d'oliva a fuoco medio e aggiungi la cipolla e il peperone, facendoli soffriggere fino a renderli morbidi.

Unisci il pollo intero nella pentola e rosola su tutti i lati fino a doratura.
