Method

In una ciotola, unisci la farina di avena, l'uovo e lo yogurt greco fino a ottenere un impasto liscio. Lascia riposare per 5 minuti.

In una padella, scalda l'olio d'oliva e fai soffriggere la cipolla tritata per 3 minuti.

Aggiungi gli spinaci e il pomodoro, cuocendo per altri 2 minuti finché gli spinaci non appassiscono.

Incorpora i fagioli neri, aggiusta di sale, pepe e peperoncino. Mescola e cuoci per 5 minuti.

Stendi l'impasto su un piano infarinato fino a ottenere uno spessore di circa 5 mm, quindi ritaglia un cerchio di 15 cm.

Metti 2 cucchiai di ripieno al centro, chiudi a mezzaluna e sigilla i bordi con una forchetta.
