In una ciotola, mescola il brodo di manzo con la passata di pomodoro e metti da parte.

Scalda l'olio in una padella antiaderente e rosola il manzo magro tagliato a cubetti per circa 4-5 minuti, finché non è dorato. Rimuovilo dalla padella e mettilo da parte.

Nella stessa padella, aggiungi la cipolla tritata e sfuma con il vino rosso; cuoci per 3 minuti a fuoco medio.

Versa il composto di brodo e porta a ebollizione, mescolando per amalgamare i sapori.

Reintroduci il manzo nella padella, aggiungi le erbe aromatiche, copri e cuoci a fuoco basso per circa 40 minuti, mescolando di tanto in tanto.

Nel frattempo, in un'altra padella, saltare i funghi affettati con un filo d'olio per 4-5 minuti fino a doratura.

Unisci i funghi al manzo negli ultimi 5 minuti di cottura.
