Iniziate marinando le fette di manzo in una ciotola con salsa di soia, farina di cocco, aglio e pepe nero per almeno 10 minuti.

Mentre la carne si marina, riscaldate una padella a fuoco medio e tostate i semi di sesamo per 1-2 minuti fino a doratura, poi mettete da parte.

Scaldare l'olio di semi di sesamo in una padella a fuoco alto. Rosolate il manzo per 2-3 minuti per lato fino a doratura, quindi toglietelo dalla padella.
