Method

Lavare e tagliare le patate dolci a fette, cuocerle a vapore per circa 10 minuti fino a che non iniziano a diventare tenere.

Nel frattempo, tagliare il petto di pollo a cubetti. In una padella antiaderente, scaldare un cucchiaio di olio d'oliva e rosolare il pollo a fuoco medio-alto per 7-8 minuti, fino a cottura completa. Trasferire il pollo in un piatto.

Nella stessa padella, aggiungere la cipolla rossa tritata e cuocere a fuoco lento per 5-7 minuti fino a che non diventa trasparente. Aggiungere l'aglio tritato negli ultimi 2 minuti.

In una pirofila, disporre a strati: 1/3 delle patate dolci, sale e pepe, il pollo, metà della cipolla rossa, un altro strato di patate e la restante cipolla, infine il cavolfiore tagliato a cimette.

Infornare a 200°C per circa 15 minuti fino a doratura.

Guarnire con prezzemolo fresco tritato e servire caldo.
