Tritare finemente il cavolfiore crudo e salarlo leggermente, lasciando riposare per 5 minuti. Strizzarlo bene per eliminare l'umidità.

In una ciotola, unire il cavolfiore con l'uovo e la farina di ceci, mescolando bene fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Stendere il composto su un foglio di carta forno in uno stampo tondo di 20 cm, formando una base sottile. Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 200°C per 15 minuti.
