Method

Tritare finemente il cavolfiore crudo e mescolarlo con l'uovo, sale e pepe. Stendere il composto su una teglia rivestita di carta forno, formando uno strato sottile di circa 5 mm.

Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per 15 minuti, finché non diventa dorato.

Nel frattempo, in una ciotola, unire il formaggio spalmabile light con il succo di limone e l'aneto fresco tritato.

Estrarre la base di cavolfiore dal forno e spalmarvi uniformemente il composto di formaggio.

Disporre le fette di salmone affumicato sulla crema di formaggio e arrotolare delicatamente con l'aiuto della carta forno.

Posizionare il rotolo sulla placca e cuocere per altri 5 minuti a 180°C.
