Preriscaldare il forno a 180°C e preparare una tortiera da 22 cm con carta forno sul fondo.

In una ciotola capiente, sbattere le uova con lo sciroppo d'acero fino a ottenere un composto chiaro e voluminoso (circa 3-4 minuti).
